Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, high shipping volume, or postal service disruptions.
Once your order has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via USPS International Mail.

International delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or other factors outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not collect or control customs fees, and we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges required by your country’s customs authority.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or duties, we are not responsible for issuing a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
